St. John’s South-Mount Pearl NDP

nomination meeting

Monday, March 28th, at 7 p.m.

Battery Hotel, Riverhead Room

Please plan to attend the St. John's South-Mount Pearl NDP Riding Association nomination meeting/campaign launch for the upcoming federal election!

The meeting will take place on Monday, March 28, at the Battery Hotel’s Riverhead Room, beginning at 7 p.m.

Guest speaker Jack Harris, MP for St. John's East, will speak about the party's plans for the upcoming campaign and introduce our candidate.

This will be followed by the inaugural speech from our Candidate for the 2011 Election.

As of tonight (Friday, March 25th) there was just one declared candidate, Ryan Cleary. Ryan ran for the NDP in St. John's South-Mount Pearl in the 2008 election; he announced today that he intends to seek the nomination again.

Nominations close Sunday night at 5:00 pm.

We will advise you if other potential candidates come forward.

You do not have to be a registered member of the party to attend the event — all supporters are welcome to come celebrate the kickoff of the campaign that will elect another NDP MP to join Jack Harris in Ottawa!
